Developed by Bain & Company, Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) is a proven metric for measuring customer sentiment, satisfaction and loyalty.


Data transfer via SFTP

SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol or Secure File Transfer Protocol) is an easy way to automate data sharing between your company and Mention Me. This is particularly useful, for example, if you need to tell us which new customers are eligible for a reward on a daily basis.


Customer repeat performance dashboard for Retain

The Repeat Performance dashboard presents insights into core metrics including repeat purchase rates, average order values, and overall repeat revenue.
