Product release notes for April

  

In the current climate, we’re working harder than ever to make our platform powerful and easy to use.

We’re releasing more exciting changes soon (including some big ones!), so keep an eye out for them. In the meantime, here’s a breakdown of our recent releases.

Improvements for your customer journey

    • If you’re an international brand, you can now use LINE as a sharing option on mobile and desktop. The popular messaging service is available for a variety of smartphone devices (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, and Nokia) and desktop
    • You now have the option to upload a referral offer image on Whatsapp. Use it to engage customers and make them even more likely to share your offers 

      For our international clients

    • More easily edit German and Italian rewards copy with the latest update to our continuously improving copy editor

      New tech features

    • Mention Me Webhooks are a new way to receive real-time updates from the Mention Me platform. Webhooks enable you to more easily integrate the Mention Me platform with your wider marketing stack. From triggering better emails from ESP, to showing referral information in your CRM system, webhooks are a great way to bring referral into your wider technology stack. To learn more speak to your CSM or email our integration team at integration@mention-me.com.
    • Our newly improved app integration instructions are now available. We’ve updated them so they’re even easier to follow, ready to get your programme up and running in-app fast.

      Every little helps

    • We’ve added co-branded reports to our website under Discover > Co-branded Reports. Includes collaborations with Internet Retailing and Retail Gazette, featuring unique insights into driving customer loyalty and other key themes
    • If you’re already on the List All Campaigns page, there’s now one less step to take to create a new campaign. Simply click the Create New Campaign button
  • Following your feedback, we now direct all customer service users to the customer support page (instead of the recent activity). Making the overall experience that little bit easier
