We've done lots of updates to the current repeat performance dashboard making it easier for you to track and monitor your business performance.
Here are some of the latest updates:
- The Repeat Customers by Order Number split by Campaign and Repeat Revenue by Order Number split by Campaign charts now show the number of customers and total revenue figures (instead of percentage values)
- The Repeat Revenue by Order Number split by Offer now uses a stacked bar chart for easier comparison and interpretation of data
- The descriptions of the Average Order Values by Order Number by Acquisition Month, Repeat Revenue by Order Number split by Campaign and Repeat Revenue by Order Number split by Offer now contain the correct merchant reporting currency symbol
- We added more information explaining how we calculate your repeat rate
- Order 3 to 4 now includes revenue and AOV for the 4th order
- We've renamed the Average Order Values by Order Number to Average Order Values by Order Number by Acquisition Month
- The axis on the Repeat Rate by Order Number is now a percentage
