SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol or Secure File Transfer Protocol) is an easy way to automate data sharing between your company and Mention Me. This is particularly useful, for example, if you need to tell us which new customers are eligible for a reward on a daily basis.
For clients with an existing SFTP setup, you can now see all the files you've uploaded, and view the logs of any that have been processed allowing you to troubleshoot problems.
