Dashboard updates
- Get better, more valuable information with our new dashboard
Following your positive feedback, we’ve launched the new dashboard for everyone. Let us know what you think of it here.
- Industry specific share and purchase rate benchmarks
Easily compare your referral performance to your peers. Our share and purchase rates benchmarks are now industry-specific.
- Total Referral Revenue
Get the bigger picture from your referrals. You can now see new customer revenue alongside the revenue from subsequent orders and rewarded referrers.
Control group on Mention Me Retain
More easily understand your Mention Me Retain experiment results with new control groups.
You can now set up a control group of customers who don’t see messages on the order confirmation page. Compare their repeat rates and revenue against other offers in your experiment to better understand the value and performance of your campaigns.
Fixes
- Close button on the T&Cs page
A couple of users reported issues with the Close button on the Terms & Conditions page. We’ve fixed this so clicking the Close button will now return you to the app.
- Reporting comparison dropdown fix
It’s impossible to compare ‘over all time’ to ‘over all time’ (they’re the same thing). So we’ve removed that option from the comparison dropdown.

Feefo – add a branded referral banner to your Feefo landing page
