Our product and engineering teams have been hard at work delivering quality releases this month. We’ve got a lot more to share in the coming months but for now, here are some of the key improvements.

Dashboard changes

    • Improved navigation menu. It’s shorter, clearer and on a single-line. We’re rolling out the new navigation in phases. It will be available to everyone in the next couple of days.


        
    • New knowledge base. Find answers to your questions in record time. From getting started to A/B testing and integrations, the portal presents hundreds of articles and video tutorials to keep your referral and customer retention programme running smoothly. Browse by category or use the quick search option
    • Preview offer or edit experiment directly from the new Campaigns landing page



      Reporting

    • Additional metrics available in the reporting: Number of Orders from New Customer Second and Subsequent Orders and Number of New Customers with Second and Subsequent Orders

      Anti-fraud

    • Upping the ante on fighting fraud: Default offer approval rules now limited to 10 referrals in 24 hours. We've added a rate limit to the anti-fraud rule service to protect the platform against aggressive scripted attacks. This means there’s a backstop rate of referrals per minute that any brand can experience and/or any single referrer/IP combination can experience before referrals are moved to the gaming approval queue.

      This rule will decline all referrals when: There’s more than 90 in a 3 minute period or A single referrer creates more than 30 referrals from the same IP in a 3 minute period

    • We've also tightened the default velocity limits. There’s now a "no more than 10 referrals in 24 hours" rule in addition to the three existing default offer approval rules.



    • Gaming score breakdown on declined referee and referrer now visible in the approval section.
