To make understanding and managing your referral performance easier, you can now download reports under the Results section.
That’s not all. Here are some other changes we’ve made to this section:
- Renamed, reorganised and developed reporting categories so you can easily find what you’re looking for
- Added a How do I use this report paragraph to explain how each one works
- Added a list of columns present and sample data in each report so you know what to expect before downloading
- Added more reports on topics including retargeting feeds, share behaviour, and competition entries. These are visible in the Period tab
- The retargeting feeds (referee and referrer) present the actual email (not hashed)
- Added the CRM Extract
- Added reports for download link to the navigation menu
